If the weather happens to make a turn for the worse there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us of your cancellation by 4 PM the day before your rental. Your deposit will be saved as a rain check and available for credit for up to 6 months. Our main concern is wind speed. Once winds get to 18 mph inflatables become unsafe to use no matter how well they are secured.
Deliver times will vary due to the amount of deliveries for the day, our route, and the time your even starts. In planning our routes we will reach out 1-2 days prior. We prefer to have deliveries set up 1-2 hours before your event however in some cases we may need to set up much earlier. We do try to have all deliveries completed by noon each day.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
All of our inflatables can be set up on grass. We do have a few items that can be set up on concrete or asphalt as well as indoors. Some hard surface set ups will require an additional fee. We will never set up on gravel or rocks due to the damage that will incur to the equipment. If it is requested for set up to be an inflatable in sand or mud then additional cleaning fee will apply.
One day rentals pick up starts at 6 pm. On one day rentals you always have the option to turn it into an over night rental for only $25 and we will pick it up the next morning. On two day rentals pick up starts at 4 pm.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All bookings require a $50 deposit to reserve the booking. All deposits are nonrefundable. A rain check is given towards a future rental to be used within a 6-month period. If paid in full at the time of booking a refund minus the $50 deposit will be refunded if cancelled 7 or more calendar days prior to the event rental date. The $50 deposit will be issued in the form of a rain check to be used within a 6-month period. All cancellations made within 7 calendar days will forfeit the $50 deposit and the rest of the amount will be refunded. Customer will only receive a full refund with the exception of the deposit if customer cancels due to inclement weather conditions. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a refund minus the deposit. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED for any other reason except inclement weather. The time period for weather cancellations will be judged on a case-by-case basis, but no later than 4 pm the date before the rental to receive a refund. NO REFUND will be issued after the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used. A) If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify Westside Inflatables immediately. If Westside Inflatables, is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, NO REFUND will be issued. If Westside Inflatables arrives at scheduled rental location and cancellation takes place the customer will be charged $100 cancellation, labor at $25 per person, and mileage from our office to said rental location.
We delivery up to 15 miles for free and anything after is $3.99 a mile.
